• Communications — emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes exchanged with our team.

3. Payment information protection

Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers over encrypted connections. Mobile money payments (e.g. M-Pesa) are handled by the relevant mobile-money operator. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
